Sister Babcock's adventures in Arizona

Ka-Chow!! Hello friends! This week was insane! In good ways and not so good ways... we put our friend Jessica on date! She's so excited. We were having a Book of Mormon study and talking about how Christ's blesses the Children. Then I ask "What's the next step you can take to grow closer to Jesus Christ?" Then she's all like "Baptism, I want to be baptized. I've been thinking about this for a while" and were all like WHAT!! Then I say "WILL YOU BE BAPTIZED JANUARY 24TH!!" And she's all like "YEAH, I can do that!" We were ShOoK!! *whispers* baptized, confirm me, baptized confirm me.

Oh yeah, I also got transferred to Chandler its so different! It's like a culture shock! Lol but it's nice to because we actually have places to eat which is so nice! We have a Kneaders in our area!!!!! There's also a lot of BIG houses here and every community had a gate code. And we don't have all the gate codes, so I'm learning how to break the gate codes and break in. #criminal Theres also a lot of ponds and streams EVERYWHERE, like in sight 24/7! So we see a lot of ducks.

FUNNY STORIES:

•There's a mentally unstable homeless man that was trying to hunt us down. Lol #inthehood

• We went to a mug party and they asked us to bring a ugly Christmas sweater. But hey, hey we don't have 2 ugly Christmas sweaters... so what do we do! We pin reindeer on my cardigan and slap on some ornaments. And we got there and we were the only ones in Ugly sweaters.

• I've been trying to set up my alarm clock and it works but then I leave and it resets again! I just learned that after I set it up and leave. SISTER CHURCH goes back and messes with it! She's been pranking me!! But she doesn't know... that I know... so I'll have to find a way to get back to her!

COUNT YOUR MANY BLESSINGS:

•We had a Christmas Mug party at a members house.

• Sister Gibby gave me her M&M's!

• Gracie came and picked us up after we were stranded at Sonic. Then we got hot chocolate with her and her daughter.

• We got to go thrifting with Sister Crosby!

• Since it was Sister Rackhams and Hamiltons 6 month. We went out and got some Mexican ice cream. It was SO yummy and fancy!

• I now have a Kneaders in my area.

• I also don't have to bathroom share which is cool! So know I can throw my stuff EVERYWHERE!!! Ahahahahaha

• Theres a lot of ducks here :)
