So I realized that I forgot to send the email from last week... lol so that was that one I just sent out. And this email is for THIS WEEK!! HAHA sorry!
This week:
- So we had a lot this week, its been so crazy but at the same time fulfilling. We got CHERYL on date!! And I did my first exchange with Hermana Coffelt, which was... an experience! It was so cool and so different.

Funny stories:
- After we got home from exchanges I was putting my bag in the study room. And Sister Macharky screams "ROACH" and I turn around and theres a CHUNKY roach on the floor it was about 2ish inches long. And we quickly cup it, and then Sister Hendrix grabs the bleach and pours it in my toilet and they dump it in the toilet and flush it. We sit their and wait for a few seconds and begin to walk away. Then Sister Macharsky screams "ITS SWIMMING, ITS FREAKIN' SWIMMING!!!" And it starts paddling up, and then we pour the rest of the bleach in the toilet (which was like 1/2 the bottle) and flush it. It didn't come back up, but now we're all paranoid. lol
- Me and Hermana Coffelt were on exchanges this week and were dancing in the car, and the car next to us started dancing with us!! HAHA
- As we were on exchanges we saw the Elders car and we pranked them! As we were pranking them they walked outside and caught us in the act and we turned around and ran into the car and sped off! *Evil laughter*
Count your many blessings:
- We got to eat creamery ice cream from a place called Watershed. I kid you not the Ice cream place was called WATERSHED! HAHAHA
- I ran out of food to eat (mom please, don't worry, I had plenty of fruit roll usps to eat, and was fed. Since we went to Walmart today I have plenty to eat, and bought more just in case so don't worry) but, Sister Macharsky came in and helped me. Sister Macharsky is wanting to go to culinary school, and made me the best chicken quesadilla I've ever had!! She also made us all french toast on Sunday. THANK YOU!
- We were eating at the Hansens and Sister Hansen made us the BEST pumpkin cake I've ever had. It was delicious and I got the recipe!!
- We were visiting our friend Sheril and she has a little Shih Tzu named Angel and Angel was letting me pet him and play with him. And apparently he doesn't let most people do that so thats a win for me!
- Arizona has the best sunsets, every night! It's so pretty with the cicadas and the crickets in the background make it even better.
- We saw a double rainbow!! And it didn't even rain where we were!!
Spiritual thought:
- We got our friend on date today. When Sister Hendrix and Macharsky first met her she was bashing the Bible and Book of Mormon. And DID NOT want the Sisters to be there. But they left her with an invitation anyway. And guess what she read their invitation. And LOVED IT she asked is she can meet with us again. We taught her the plan of salvation and the spirit was so strong you could breathe it in! She started attending church, and keeps asking us if we can give her more things to read. Its crazy because she took a complete 180. But that shows how quickly the gospel can change people if were ready and willing to listen. The Gospel really does change people. Its changed my life and I know its changed others.
