Hello friends and family!
This week was CRAZY So many homecoming talk worthy stories! And Yeah... that's right... I'm a criminal now!! By that I mean we got pulled over, because 1 we looked suspicious being in a sketchy place with our headlights and APPARENTLY we had our license plate covered. But the officer was cool about it. And guess what Cheryl got baptized!! Woot woot!! I'm do proud of her she's come so far and I can't wait to see what she does next!
Funny stories:
• So we had our final lesson before baptism with Cheryl and she decided to bring her grandkids. APPARENTLY on of her grandkids can see spirits and predict the future. So we were sitting in our lesson and her granddaughter kept looking behind her. We were all confused. She then gets up and grabs and extra chair and says a spirit wants to listen to the lesson with us... we were all like great the more the merrier! Lol
• Some one also tried to steal our Caesars pizza! We were in the drive through and there was this guy standing sooo close to our car. We thought he was going to try to get in so we locked the doors. But he was on his bike and biked around the restaurant so he was RIGHT behind us. And he was getting ready to go he was right between us and the building. His feet were on the peatles READY TO GO and we were freaking out! So we quickly grab the pizza, and He was trying to steal it! I looked behind me and lo and behold he was peaking for that pizza!!
• We were visiting our friend Juston and his family and wr noticed there were helicopters circling around us. Were all like hmmm that's SUS... doo doo doo. Ya know making our way downtown!! We knock on his door and his girlfriend answers and she looks at us like we're her worst nightmare (which is common in missionary work lol) but she looked genuinely scared. She says Justons not home and quickly slams the door... weird... we make our way back to the car and there's cop cars lining the street... even weirder... so we get in our car and drive away. And seconds later we get a notification that the area we were just In is closed because..... THERE WAS AN ESCAPED FELON ON THE LOOSE HEAVILY ARMED!!!! The schools shut down, all the shops closed down the whole city was on lock down and we had NO idea! We were all like lalala!! Hahahahaha
Count your many blessings:

Spiritual thought:
2 Nephi 31: 20
"Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men. Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, and endure to the end, behold, thus saith the Father: Ye shall have eternal life."
I love this scripture, because in life we are often beaten and discouraged throughout our lives. And its easy to slip away from the Lord. BUT if you press forward and follow Christ you can gain those blessings and extra strength you need in life
